As a Travelers appointed producer, we will help you build your book of business with one of the most trusted companies in the industry.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work at your own pace and provide insurance and supporting products to help our customers protect their families and their assets.

The position is remote with flexible hours during the week and weekends.

Compensation: Commission Only

Duties may include:

• Cold calling leads that we provide
• Complete Sales and CRM training
• Relationship building
• Providing excellent customer service
• Cross-selling existing customers with other Travelers products
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes
• Conducting policy reviews & updating policies

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Good organizational skills
• Must have a Property & Casualty license

Compensation:

• Competitive commission structure. No base salary.
• Bonuses available as well based on meeting performance goals.
