Insurance products are described in summary form only — coverage is governed solely by the terms, conditions and exclusions of the issued policy. Tax outcomes depend on your individual facts. 3. eligibility and licensing

Our insurance services are offered through licensed insurance producers (Colorado License #523769). Products and services described on the Site may not be available in every state or to every applicant, and all applications are subject to underwriting approval by the relevant carrier or lender.

4. permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape or republish Site content except for personal reference; (b) interfere with the Site's operation or security; (c) attempt to access non-public areas or other users' information; (d) use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful; or (e) misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

5. intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images and software — are the property of CAA Financial or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. CAA Financial, CAAF Connect® and associated logos are trademarks of CAA Financial LLC. Third-party carrier names appearing on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners, used to identify the products we are appointed to sell.

6. quotes and third-party information

Premium estimates, payment calculators and savings illustrations on the Site are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer of coverage or credit. Final rates and terms are set by the issuing carrier or lender based on underwriting. The Site may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. communications

When you provide contact information, we may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. Text messaging requires your affirmative SMS consent. Providing a phone number or having a current or former customer relationship does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

13. sms / text messaging terms

CAA Financial sends SMS/text messages to people who request an insurance quote or are clients and have agreed to be contacted by text. Messages include quote confirmations and details, follow-up questions, appointment scheduling, service notifications and replies to your questions — some sent by our team, some by our automated virtual assistant.

With your separate marketing opt-in, CAA Financial may also send recurring automated insurance offers, re-quote invitations and promotions. Re-quote offers are generally sent twice a year; message frequency varies. Consent to either text program is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
