bad day? we've got you.

Accidents and hail storms don't keep business hours. Here's exactly what to do, who to call, and how we stay in your corner until the check clears.

what to do

three steps, zero panic.

01

get safe, get documented

People first — move to safety and call 911 if anyone is hurt. Then document everything: photos of damage from multiple angles, the other driver's info and insurance card, names of witnesses, the police report number. For property damage, photograph before any temporary repairs — then make the temporary repairs that prevent further damage (carriers expect this and reimburse reasonable costs; keep receipts).

02

call — us or the carrier

During business hours, call us at (855) 212-0324 and we'll file together — explaining your coverage, your deductible and what to expect before anything is submitted. Nights and weekends, every carrier runs a 24/7 claims line (numbers below). Either way, tell us afterward so we can track it.

03

we follow through

Adjuster slow to respond? Payout doesn't match your coverage? That's when having an agency matters. We chase adjusters, explain settlement math, and escalate when something's off. You're our client — not just a policy number in a carrier's queue.

after-hours? call direct.

Your carrier and policy number are on your ID card — and the claim number they give you is all we need to pick up the case in the morning. Numbers below are each carrier's published claims line; the one on your ID card always wins.
