Email support@caafinancial.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address on your account, or call (855) 212-0324. We'll verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
what gets deleted
Your online account credentials and profile data are removed. Records we are legally required to keep — such as issued insurance policy records and filed tax returns — are retained for the legally mandated periods and then destroyed, as described in our Privacy & Cookies Notice.
